Esclusham Bowling Club

Welsh Counties League

The League was formed in 1984 with the express aim of creating the best league in Wales with limited numbers and only the best teams being invited to participate. The first season saw seven teams competing but this quickly grew - the 1985 season saw ten teams and the League was established.

Esclusham entered the League in 1985 with the first Welsh Counties League title coming in 1988. Our first League Merit Winner was D A Jones in 2002.

The Club last won the League in 2017. We now top the League roll of honour. In 2013 the Club won every game and was given an award to mark the achievement.
